Welcome to Laboratory for Applied Informatics Research

The Laboratory for Applied Informatics Research (LAIR) is a research group within the Faculty of Information at the University of Toronto. The group consists of informaticians and software developers who specialize in personalized AI, large language models, and information and communication development for developing countries. The group aims to conduct translational research that bridges the gap between theory and practice in latter domains.
